Gerwald Rockenschaub is an artist in Berlin. Since the early 1980s his production has repeatedly been associated with Neo-Geo art, though most of it clearly eludes such a rigid stylistic categorization. The artist’s work relates both to ideas and positions of modernism and to everyday phenomena, which it transfers into the present.
