John Tuite is a photographer, writer and co-founder of Gaylord Fine Arts. 
Joseph Geagan is a painter and co-founder of Gaylord Fine Arts.
They live and work in Los Angeles, CA. 
Gaylord Fine Arts in an apartment gallery in the home of John and Joseph at the historic Gaylord Apartments building. They have organized over thirty exhibitions in the space since 2021. The gallery program is driven by a social impulse and an emphasis on collaboration between friends.
